The campus is very small as compared to other colleges annd also the infrastructure is not very well maintained. The building has many cracks as it is IHM students in all grade levels visit the MakerSpace room weekly where they solve hands-on problem based learning challenges and learn practical skills. Challenges include building air-powered paper rockets capable of flying 150 feet, Lego towers that can survive 20 seconds on an “earthquake table” and building Rube Goldberg Machines.

Effective October 1, 2015 – All new students enrolling into the Property Management Course with the intent of earning the IHM's designation, it is now a prerequisite that you take and complete the Property & Building Administration course prior to taking the other core courses. IHM undertakes many recreational as well as activities of academic value to its students. You permit IHM to take pictures/videos of such activities and use them for IHM’s promotional purposes.
